29. Januar 2020 Remembering the victims of National Socialism with Reuven Rivlin
On Wednesday, 29 January 2020, the Bundestag came together in remembrance of the victims of National Socialism. The ceremony marked the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the German Auschwitz concentration and extermination camp on 27 January 1945. Following a welcome address by Bundestag President Dr Wolfgang Schäuble, Federal President Dr Frank-Walter Steinmeier and the President of the State of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, delivered commemorative speeches.
