The German Bundestag makes images available for download via its Image Archive. The following conditions apply for the use of these images.
The German Bundestag makes recordings of plenary sittings, public meetings of parliamentary bodies and committees, and special events held by the Bundestag available for download or embedding in its Media Centre. The following conditions apply for the use of these recordings.
In addition, the website's content – including any photos appearing on the website – may be downloaded or printed for personal use only. The use for any other purpose, in particular commercial use and distribution, is generally not permitted and requires the written permission of the German Bundestag.
As official works within the meaning of Section 5(2) of the German Copyright Act, the Bundestag’s printed papers and minutes of plenary proceedings are not copyright protected. They are, however, subject to prohibition of alteration under Section 62(1) to (3) of the Copyright Act and to acknowledgement of source under Section 63(1) and (2) of the same.
